How do I become a member?

The only way to do so is by making contact with the us.

This can be done by sending an e-mail via our Contacts page, attending one of our support meetings (see Support Meetings page for meeting details) or by making contact by calling our confidential helpline on 07781 415131. There is no annual membership fee, per se, but a voluntary donation of £1.00 a month helps towards our administration costs.
